Honestly, didn't feel like posting anything about the Suns this week or so...I've been posting alot about them lately (cuz the big trade I guess) but I just can't resist...especially after a disappointing loss like this today!!! What a waste of 3 hours of my life,  that's 3 hours of my life I wish I had back. Dmanit!
 
Always fun to watch this match-up. Kidd and Nash, two old school PG going at it.


2 things killed us in the 4th.


1 - Nash was AWFUL in the quarter. I don't have the stats, but i think he was 0-6 with a TO. He missed 4 point blank shots that he normally makes while the Mavs were on their 16-0 run. If he makes one of those to stop the run, I say we win. Can't expect him to rally us every time I guess.


2 - Coach going with Hill over Boris in crunch time. Boris was having a great game on both ends of the floor and was our most effective guy on Dirk. Of course, when Dallas went to the same play with Dirk 5 times in a row, Boris was sitting on the bench. Very poor call by Coach. You go with what's working, and Boris was having a great game. Don't take him out.


We only scored a whooping 9 points in the 4th quarter, Amare couldn't hit ANYTHING in the 4th, and neither could Nash. You won't see that very often so I'm not worried about this loss too much. Just upsetting to see the team all of the sudden lost their focus and intensity and then lost a very winnable game.
